This position involves managing mid- to high-complexity training projects within a collaborative team workplace, focusing on delivering impactful learning solutions across various formats.Pay rate range (CAD): $77.17/hr – $92.61/hrResponsibilities:Develop an understanding of the overall portfolio and program movement aligned with business prioritiesLead end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budgetManage risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecyclesSupport vendor selection, onboarding, and management of third-party learning solutions when applicableDrive L&D processes to design and implement diverse learning solutions, including in-person, virtual instructor-led training, eLearning, webinars, and self-directed pathwaysBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsReport project progress regularly to teams and business leadersCollaborate with Learning & Development Centers of Excellence and business partners to develop delivery strategies and communication plansEnsure robust governance, proactively manage risks, and conduct project retrospectives for continuous improvementStay current with emerging trends in project management practices,
