Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and grime
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal prep as needed to support client requests
- Organize household items and maintain storage areas to promote orderliness
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and needs




- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards

Experience

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments reliably
- Customer service orientation with friendly communication skills to foster positive client relationships
- Basic knowledge of hospitality practices and cleanliness standards is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the workday
