Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitized according to company standards
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness while respecting clients’ personal belongings and privacy
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests
- Manage your schedule efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes




- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly

Skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Strong knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and best practices
- Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep if required by client requests
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments seamlessly
- Experience with laundry services and household organization
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Effective communication skills to understand client needs and provide updates confidently
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality in every task
- Must have valid driver's with reliable vehicle to get from project to project
