The Branch

Manager - Mississauga, has a key role in the Volvo Group, Prevost Division to develop and mobilize the members of their team to meet business goals and ensure repeat business and continued customer loyalty. Provide on-site leadership; motivation and direction for the branch staff Expand the customer base and branch profitability Implement improvements and efficiencies in the branch Develop personal, professional and technical skills for themselves and their team on an ongoing basis Resolve conflicts between the team members and customers Business owner mentality (entrepreneur mindset) with strong financial acumen Ability to interpret Profit &

• L) statement – with ability to develop strategies / business management corrections to exploit market opportunities, business development Ensure the compliance with policies, rules, and values of the company Permanent position

• Minimum of 5 weeks of vacation

• Bachelor’s degree with a business major preferred or any equivalent training ~ Excellent knowledge about bus, truck, and/or automotive industry ~ Good computer knowledge with Microsoft Office software’s ~ Negotiation skills – ability to balance both sides of sales equation (customer / business objectives) ~ SAP software knowledge would be a big plus The Branch Manager’s success will be evaluated by key metrics that include, but are not limited to: Customer satisfaction levels Extensive customer contract, including building & maintaining customer relationships Entrepreneurial business mindset, sales planning, and strong team-building skills Strong listening, analytical,
