Market Validation & Commercialization Associate Location: Greater Sudbury, Ontario – Hybrid

Role Purpose The Market Validation & Commercialization Associate will help Enabled Talent test recent markets, build institutional partnerships and turn customer insights into practical growth strategies.

This is a hands‑on innovation role for someone interested in technology, accessibility, research and entrepreneurship. The successful candidate will help validate opportunities and support the commercialization of the Talent Passport and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Research potential markets, customer groups and partnership opportunities.

Conduct interviews with employers, educational institutions, nonprofits and public‑sector organizations.

Test value propositions, pricing, messaging and outreach strategies.

Identify potential pilot customers and institutional partners.

Support the design and delivery of market‑validation projects.

Gather feedback from customers, partners and users.





Analyze findings and prepare concise recommendations.

Develop outreach materials, presentations and partnership proposals.

Support funding, commercialization and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Help translate market insights into product and business decisions.

Qualifications Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Technology, Communications, Data Analytics or a related discipline.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong research, writing and communication skills.

Analytical thinking and practical problem‑solving abilities.

Confidence conducting interviews and professional outreach.

Interest in technology, accessibility and inclusive employment.

Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.

Experience with market research, partnerships, sales strategy or commercialization is an asset.
