This opportunity combines project coordination, user onboarding, documentation management, and collaboration with technology and analytics teams while working with modern tools such as Power BI, Microsoft 365, Jira, and Copilot. Responsibilities: - Keep the user guide and reference documentation current as the product evolves. - Track dashboard changes and reflect updates in user-facing documentation.



- Maintain a transparent change log so users can identify new updates and features. - Monitor dashboard changes and validate that documentation updates are completed accurately. - Onboard new users to the AI adoption dashboard. - Build, refresh, and maintain enablement materials, including quick-start guides, walkthroughs, and FAQs. - Respond to first-line user questions and escalate complex issues to the Program Manager and technical team. - Create and maintain a user distribution list for documentation distribution, events, and updates. - Manage incoming questions, requests, and feedback across email, Microsoft Teams, and feedback channels. - Triage requests by urgency and category, route them to the appropriate owner, and follow up with requesters. - Identify recurring themes and f
