Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) to support residents at Eastview Place in Altona. The role applies the nursing process to promote health within a people-centered approach across acute, transitional, personal care, primary health care and home care settings.

You will practice at full scope, maintain competency per RHPA and qualified standards, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while adhering to union policies.
