Our client is hiring a Sales Representative (Inside Sales) to join their Richmond Hill team. This hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH on Wednesdays) is designed for driven sales professionals ready to take ownership of the full sales cycle while building lasting customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Manage the full sales cycle: order entry, prospecting, lead generation, closing, and account management
- Handle ~50 inbound/outbound calls daily,



including 15+ outbound touchpoints
- Record activities in Infor CSD and HubSpot
- Promote CORE and exclusive products to expand market share
- Deliver exceptional service — from timely shipping to accurate invoicing
- Collaborate with sales leadership to share insights, execute strategies, and support special projects

What We’re Looking For

- Post‑secondary diploma or degree
- 1+ years leadership experience & 2+ years sales experience
- Entrepreneurial, customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with sales metrics, fast‑paced environments, and KPIs
