etc.).Prepare and coordinate new hire onboarding including; paperwork completion, ID’s creation, Access cards, access to our Internal communication app and registration requirements.Own the internal social media and communication platforms to ensure new information and events are promoted to colleagues.Coordinate office ordering and deliveries.Coordinate employee related activities, monthly and Annual events.Communicate monthly colleague anniversaries and birthdays to Leaders and Keep updated Key Communique in internal “Pass on”.Support the Recognition Committee with tracking monthly nominations and pictures on the Recognition Wall.Track and order travel program cards.Manage the locker assignment tracking system and conduct regular audits.Complete cheque processing for hotel.Understand, communicate, implement, and adhere to all People & Culture policies & procedures.Support a safe working environment by ensuring local regulations are upheld for workplace health and safety.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field an asset.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.Experience in Dayforce a strong asset.Detailed Oriented.Knowledge and experience using Canva.Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues.Excellent organization skills, ability to multi‑task and maintain confidentiality.Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds.Flexible, able to embrace and respond to change effectively.Self‑motivated, energetic, and participative.Visa RequirementsMust be legally eligible to work in Canada.
