Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Barback to support our bar and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will assist bartenders and serving staff by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring efficient bar operations. Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.

Duties

- Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and surfaces
- Ensure the bar area is organized, sanitized, and stocked throughout shifts
- Assist with guest services by providing friendly support and responding to guest inquiries when necessary
- Support cashiering duties including cash handling and processing payments accurately




- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred (e.g., serving, kitchen experience, hotel or barista experience)
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, or holidays if required
