Tim Hortons in Bracebridge, Ontario is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations. This role involves supervising a team of 5-15 staff, planning and organising daily operations, setting work schedules, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities include:

- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff (5-15 people)
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Lead/instruct individuals
- Address customers' complaints or concerns




- Provide customer service

Requirements:

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Office
- Criminal record check required
- Must be accurate, dependable, versatile, organised, a team player, and able to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and meet tight deadlines

Salary:

$27.47 per hour | 35 to 40 hours per week | Flexible hours

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; 1 year to less than 2 years of supervisory or management experience in food service; familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office, and electronic cash registers; criminal record check required
