Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotional displays.
- Manage daily store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory control.
- Recruit, interview, and train new team members to build a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and monitor stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Conduct regular team meetings to promote training & development, set goals, and review performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, payroll processing, and budgeting responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies,



and organizational procedures.

Requirements

- Proven supervising or retail management experience with strong leadership skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store operations.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and customer service best practices.
- Ability to perform math calculations accurately for pricing, budgeting, and payroll purposes.
- Previous experience supervising teams in retail sales or store management roles is preferred.
