Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations and support the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to manage team performance effectively. This role involves ensuring excellent customer service, managing retail processes, and maintaining optimal pricing strategies to drive store success.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store activities to ensure smooth operations and high standards of customer service

- Lead and manage retail sales efforts, motivating the team to achieve sales targets

- Oversee team management, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations

- Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently during shifts

- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Assist in retail management tasks such as inventory control, merchandising, and store cleanliness

- Manage sales processes and develop strategies to increase revenue

- Implement pricing strategies in line with company policies to maximize profitability

Requirements





- Proven supervisory experience within a retail environment

- Strong background in retail sales and customer service excellence

- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment

- Experience with cashiering operations and point-of-sale systems

- Knowledge of retail management practices, including inventory control and merchandising

- Ability to develop and execute sales management strategies

- Familiarity with pricing procedures and strategies in a retail setting

- Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
