We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Hillside Shopping Centre. This is an exciting chance for an emerging retail leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing teams, and driving results.

Working alongside the Shop Manager, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations, motivating team members, and helping the shop achieve its sales and service goals. What You'll Do

- Support the Shop Manager in the day-to-day operation of the shop
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster customer loyalty
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Help drive profitability through strong merchandising, sales leadership, and operational excellence
- Ensure the shop maintains Purdys' high standards for presentation, cleanliness, and customer service
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture





You're a Great Fit If You:

- Have 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- Are passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Enjoy leading and developing others
