Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various items
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, offering personalized recommendations and upselling opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract attention and promote featured products
- Utilize technology sales techniques to educate customers on new gadgets and solutions
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette,



to assist remote inquiries or reservations
- Ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming environment by adhering to store policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with merchandising principles, POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for cash handling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude
