Duties

- Greet patients and customers warmly, providing friendly assistance and answering basic inquiries about medications and pharmacy services
- Support the pharmacy team with medication inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
- Assist with medication labeling, packaging, and preparation under the supervision of licensed pharmacists or pharmacy technicians
- Ensure accurate data entry of patient information and prescriptions using medical terminology and pharmacy software systems
- Help maintain compliance with health regulations by following proper medication storage and safety procedures




- Support patient care initiatives by providing clear instructions on medication usage and answering routine questions
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to facilitate medication administration processes and ensure timely dispensing of prescriptions

Experience

- Experience working as a pharmacy Assistant role is required for demonstrating knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication handling
- Solid understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret prescriptions and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Proven ability to deliver excellent patient care through attentive service, clear communication, and compassionate support
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures ensures safe handling and dispensing practices
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
