Devonshire Vape & Cigars in Langford is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused people to join our team. We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
We want someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and providing great service. You should be polite, approachable, reliable, and comfortable having conversations with all kinds of customers.
You’ll be a excellent fit if you:
- Have a friendly and positive attitude
- Treat every customer with patience, respect, and politeness
- Enjoy talking with customers and helping them find what they need
- Are dependable, responsible, and punctual
- Have retail or customer-service experience
- Have vape experience — a big bonus!
- Have knowledge of tobacco products
- Have lottery experience or knowledge
- Have knowledge of bongs and smoking accessories — an asset
- Are willing to learn and build your product knowledge
Retail experience is an asset, but the right attitude matters most. Training can be provided for the right person.
