Optical Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our team. You will help customers choose eyewear that fits their style, needs, and budget while providing an excellent in-store experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Help customers select eyeglass frames and sunglasses.
- Explain lens options, coatings, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist with frame fitting and basic adjustments.
- Process sales, payments, and orders accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with eyewear pickups and ensure proper fit and comfort.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive optical showroom.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and customer follow-ups.

Qualifications





- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Optical experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with computers/POS systems.
- Qualified, friendly, and sales-focused.
- Additional languages are an asset.
