This full time role entails overseeing budgeting, reporting, and staff leadership in a senior capacity. The Finance Director works closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the Senior Management Team to ensure financial health across a substantial budget, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Your expertise will guide financial insights supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee daily financial operations of SRC and PJCC • Lead annual budgeting and long-term capital planning • Deliver accurate financial reports per GAAP • Manage cash flow and departmental accounting • Reconcile sub-ledger accounts to the general ledger

Requirements: • Qualified Canadian C.A. degree or C.G.A. designation • Minimum of 5 years managing finance staff • Not-for-profit experience preferred • Proficient in MS Office and Database Management • Excellent English communication skills
