Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and IT requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Work with users and technical teams to identify and resolve incidents.
- Perform system analysis, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Maintain IT systems, applications, and related documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, system performance, and efficiency.
- Prepare reports and dashboards based on IT and business data.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for technical support and issue resolution.
- Follow IT security, compliance, and company policies.
- Provide user support and technical guidance when required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of IT systems, applications, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of databases and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.
