You will report into the Director, Construction and Maintenance Services.In this role, you willManage internal process as it relates to the capital project pipeline, including new builds, expansions, renovations and other construction-related projectsManage intake and tracking of all projects and ad-hoc construction requestsTrack project financials committed and spent to budget through recording purchase orders and invoicing (including submission of quotes/invoices)Assist with building an automated construction dashboardAdminister and organize all construction documents including quotes, drawings, photos, budget trackers, schedules and reportsCoordinate emergency response work and insurance claims as requiredLiaison with internal stakeholders including practice-level teams, finance, operations and other support centre departmentsOther administrative tasks as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in a similar type of role, preferably with a large,
