You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.What you will be doing:Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the Front Office department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging serviceHandle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guestsEnsure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize serviceMaintain a valid OFA Level 2 Certification – if not already certified, hotel will provide this training to youMust be able to cover a variety of shifts – AM, PM & OvernightsOther duties as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Service focused personality is essentialPrevious experience in a similar leadership role is an assetPrior experience working with Opera or a related systemStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by exampleAdditional InformationVisa Requirements:Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
