At Intact, we are searching for a Release Train Engineer to enhance our Agile Release Train capabilities. This role is vital for fostering team-oriented team environments, managing dependencies, and ensuring that project deliveries align with strategic goals. Your expertise with SAFe will be key in embedding Agile practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate ART events like PI Planning and retrospectives
• Align multiple agile teams for cohesive delivery
• Monitor systemic dependencies and resolve blockers
• Ensure a focus on value and outcomes within delivery processes
• Lead coaching initiatives to improve Agile teams' performance
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in a Release Train Engineer role
• SAFe RTE certification necessary
• Deep understanding of Lean-Agile practices
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• Quebec candidates must be bilingual
