We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crystals and the metaphysical, excellent and attentive customer service and sales abilities, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide information
- Conduct technical sales discussions to help customers make informed decisions
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale systems/efficient cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Knowledge of products and the ability to explain details clearly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and self direct when environment is slow
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a retail sales role
