We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Store Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the store's appearance, and supporting sales efforts. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs

- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction

- Handle sales transactions accurately using basic math skills

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a welcoming environment

- Restock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability

- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to facilitate smooth store operations





- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Promote sales and special offers to maximize store revenue

Experience

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided

- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- English language proficiency for transparent communication with customers and colleagues

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
