Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating, menu selections, and inquiries to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale)
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery,
supporting overall restaurant operations
- Manage guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
Requirements
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is REQUIRED (MINIMUM 3 YEARS HIGH VOLUME)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Experience with POS systems platforms
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
