Thunderbird Show Park is seeking reliable and safety-focused Ring Crew Members to support the smooth operation of our horse shows throughout the season. Ring Crew play a critical role in maintaining competition arenas, building and adjusting courses, and ensuring a protected environment for athletes.
This hands-on role involves working closely with Course Designers and staff to build and maintain jumps, manage arena footing, and assist with course changes during live competition. Applicants must be physically able to lift and move heavy objects such as rails and standards, work on their feet for extended periods, and be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.
