Skeena Gold + Silver Limited seeks a Mill Trainer to design and implement a comprehensive training system for the Eskay Creek mill startup and ongoing operations. You will build competency, ensure safety, and support a high-performing operation. The role reports to the Mill Manager and focuses on establishing training processes, onboarding, and workforce development while coordinating with vendors, SMEs, and OEMs. Site-based camp with 15/13 rotation in NW British Columbia.
