ResponsibilitiesProcessing all investor activities in line with relevant fund prospectus and AML regulations, delivering end‑to‑end service, ensuring efficient and responsive service to clients and investors while following internal policies and procedures.Day‑to‑day processing of investor trades in accordance with internal and fund guidelines.Review and input documentation received from investors and current trade details into the platform.Review and processing of all AML and regulatory documentation.Apply fund guidelines: investor eligibility, authorized signatories, back account details, notice period given.Daily interaction with clients on all investment activity ensuring effective and clear communication.Review all investment activity on the system ensuring accurate and complete details.Prepare and distribute monthly investor statements and reports in accordance with investor instructions.Work with Senior Associate on system and process enhancements to provide solutions to investors.Administer all processing in line with internal procedure and controls ensuring a risk‑adverse environment.Participate in department‑wide training efforts – actively attend required courses and provide feedback.Qualities & SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Team player and collaborative.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organized.Strong analytical skills and proactive approach to problem solving.Confident, decisive, and energetic.Strong work ethic – flexible, adaptable and able to work within deadlines.Can‑do attitude with high energy.Self‑motivated with a passion for learning and growth.Education & Preferred QualificationsCollege diploma or university degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance or Economics.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word.Overtime may be required.Salary Range$40,000 – $58,750 annual.
