The Client is looking for a seasoned Risk Specialist IV to bolster the Project Management Office (PMO) through effective risk governance and management.

This role spans small initiatives to mega-projects, providing the strategic oversight needed to identify and manage material risks. Candidates must have robust experience in risk frameworks, project controls, and stakeholder training, along with a strong understanding of energy infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

- Establish portfolio-level PMO risk governance standards
