Please note that this position is based out of Brampton, Ontario. Classes will take place in a hybrid format, ideal candidate must be available to teach online AND in-school.

Responsibilities of this position include:

- Deliver the curriculum as per the course syllabus including theory and practical training
- Develop and prepare various teaching methods as appropriate for the various course topics
- Prepare, administer and grade evaluation criteria to assess student progress
- Ensure and enforce student code of conduct and regulations that must be followed in the classroom
- Attend meetings with the management to share and receive feedback
- Maintain accurate attendance and evaluation records
- Promote in-school services to clients and maintain client records
- Promote school product lines
- Adhere to strict professionalism and work standards, maintain objective and professional-only relation with students.




- Be able to effectively resolve conflicts or problem-solve with students and clients
- Ability to deliver virtual classes is essential in this role
- Other administrative tasks as required

Important qualifications (non-negotiable):
- Diploma in Massage Therapy program from a recognized college or university in Canada
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the field OR,
- Minimum 4 years of industry work experience
- Registered Massage Therapist Licence in Ontario

We are looking for professionals who are interested in a teaching role as a part-time hobby, passion or work. We run morning, evening and weekend Massage Therapy Diploma classes and prefer someone with availability for morning, evening and weekend classes. Please state your availability when applying to this role. This is a part-time contracted position, annually renewed and with potential for full-time too. The pay scale is commensurate with teaching experience. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
