Our client in Bradford is looking for an experience Robotic Weld Operator. This role will be straight days (7 am – 4pm), however, if the business requires it, this person may be required to work on afternoons (2pm – 11pm)

Location : Bradford, Ontario. 100% On Site

Position Type : Full time, Permanent

Vacancy Status : This is an active vacancy

Compensation : $28 - $32/hr

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor robotic welding systems for steel fabrication.
- Load, position, and secure steel components
- Set up welding machines, fixtures, wire, gas, and welding parameters according to production requirements.
- Verify robot programs and make basic parameter adjustments when required.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of robotic welding equipment.
- Replace welding wire, contact tips, nozzles, and other consumable components.
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment and work areas.





Minimum Requirements

- Previous experience operating robotic welding equipment
- Experience with steel welding and fabrication.
- Ability to read and understand welding drawings and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of MIG welding processes
- Basic understanding of welding parameters such as voltage, amperage, wire speed, and gas flow.
