About the role

SG Peak Roofing is a newly launched roofing company based in New Westminster, serving the lower mainland. We're building our sales team from the ground up and looking for our first sales representative, a genuine ground-floor opportunity to shape how we sell, not step into someone else's playbook. Uncapped commission means there's no ceiling on what a strong closer can make here.

You'll work leads from our website and Facebook/Instagram forms, plus generate your own through referrals and direct canvassing. We hand you a same-visit or next-day proposal tool, so you're not waiting days to get numbers in front of a homeowner, that's a real edge over the competition in this market.

What you'll do

- Run in-home or on-site sales appointments for roof replacement estimates
- Inspect roofs (or coordinate inspection) and put together accurate, fast proposals using our quoting tools
- Follow up on inbound leads from our website and social channels
- Generate your own leads through canvassing, door-knocking, and referral networks
- Close contracts and hand off cleanly to the install crew

What we're looking for

- Sales experience in home improvement, door-to-door, or a similar high-ticket consumer sale, roofing experience is a bonus, not a requirement,



since the product is straightforward to learn
- Comfortable working commission-based pay with real upside
- Self-starter who can generate their own pipeline, not just work handed-off leads
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Based in or near Metro Vancouver
