We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Russian Speaking Home Support Worker to provide exceptional in-home care and assistance to clients in need. Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to ensure comfort and safety.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication-related activities diligently.
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a clean and secure environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Help with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.




- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to coordinate care plans and report any changes in health or behavior promptly.

Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly desirable.
- Proven background in patient care, senior care, hospice care or working with individuals with disabilities enhances your suitability for this role.
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques and managing complex health needs is a strong advantage.
- Experience performing caregiving duties such as medication administration, meal preparation, and light cleaning is essential.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards.
- Knowledge of nursing practices or certifications related to home health care will be considered a plus.
