We are seeking a collaborative and experienced Learning & Development Advisor to support the design and delivery of engaging learning solutions for a variety of professional audiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, translating business needs into learning strategies, and working closely with instructional design teams to bring programs to life.This role is ideal for someone coming from either a Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design background who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.What You’ll Be Responsible ForPartnering with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and training objectivesTranslating stakeholder and SME requirements into clear direction for instructional designers and learning developersActing as the bridge between business teams, facilitators, and learning design teams to ensure learning solutions align with organizational goalsSupporting the development of instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-directed learning programsAssisting with learning content reviews, program updates, and quality assuranceCoordinating feedback cycles and ensuring learning deliverables are completed on timeAdvising on adult learning principles, learner engagement, and training best practicesSupporting multiple learning projects simultaneously within a collaborative team environmentHelping maintain consistency across learning materials, learner experiences,



and program standardsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related areasStrong experience working with subject matter experts and gathering learning requirementsAbility to clearly communicate learning needs and business objectives to instructional designers and development teamsUnderstanding of adult learning principles and modern learning methodologiesStrong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience supporting learning projects in corporate, professional services, education, healthcare, or similar environments is considered an assetStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesComfortable working in a cooperative, fast-paced environmentHybrid work model — 3 days per week in-officeOffice located in TorontoWho You AreYou are someone who can translate ideas into action, ask the right questions, and connect the dots between business needs and effective learning solutions.
