The work is more focused on project setup, project billing, invoicing, AR, billing milestones, project documentation, systems, and working closely with project leaders and the finance team.Over time, this role is designed to grow into a more senior accounting position with increased responsibility.What you will be doingSet up, update, and maintain projects in internal systemsMonitor project hours, budgets, billing milestones, and project informationPrepare and process client invoicesTrack project-related accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding itemsWork closely with project managers, project directors, and internal financeMaintain accurate project documentationSupport month-end close, reconciliations, and project-related reportingAssist with process improvements, systems improvements, and data accuracyRespond to day-to-day project, billing,
