While the start time of the Before/After school shift varies from site to site, most Before school shifts begin at 7:30am. Most After school shifts begin around 2pm.Potential for additional hours.Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge.Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Fundamental Movement Skills,
