The Stop seeks a strategic and creative leader to oversee their communications, marketing, and public affairs. You will collaborate with the Director of Development and Communications to position The Stop as a thought leader on food justice and equitable systems. Ideal candidates are exceptional writers with strong communication strategies, capable of inspiring community action and shaping policy conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated communications and marketing strategies • Position The Stop as a trusted voice on food insecurity • Lead media relations and public affairs strategies • Partner with Development on fundraising campaigns and donor communication • Manage digital communications across multiple platforms
Requirements: • 5 years in marketing or communications, non-profit preferred • Commitment to anti-racism and social justice • Strong storytelling, graphic design, and video editing skills • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MailChimp • Ability to thrive in a cooperative environment
