Tria Products Ltd. is a precast concrete welding manufacturer and Steel Building construction company serving infrastructure and commercial projects across Manitoba. We build things that last — and we're looking for someone to help us tell that story. We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to own our brand presence, grow our visibility, and keep our marketing material sharp and consistent.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and manage content across our website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels

Design and produce brochures, spec sheets, capability statements, and trade show material

Coordinate jobsite and product photography, and maintain a library of completed project imagery

Develop case studies and project profiles that showcase our work to clients and consultants

Support proposals, bids, and client presentations with polished, on-brand material

Plan and represent Tria at trade shows, industry events, and community sponsorships

Write and place recruitment ads that reflect our brand

Track engagement, reach, and lead sources, and adjust our approach accordingly

Provide general documentation and administrative support as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Post-secondary education in marketing, communications,



graphic design, or a related field

2+ years in a marketing, communications, or content role (construction or manufacturing an asset)

Strong writing skills and a good eye for design and layout

Hands-on with design and social tools — Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or similar

Comfortable with website updates (WordPress or similar) and basic analytics

Self-directed, organized, and able to run projects from start to finish

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally to sites and events
