We are currently seeking a personable and knowledgeable individual to represent our brand and be a pillar of support for our customers and team members. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding our culture, beliefs, and business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Possess intermediate/advanced knowledge of vaping/e-cigarettes
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- High school education or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1 year retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with computers and data/web searches

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner




- Operate the cash register and POS in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintain proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection
- Stay up-to-date on promotions and advertisements
- Embody company culture and values
- Give and receive constructive feedback

Other:
- Availability requirement: Open/full availability
- Schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. x 4 days a week
- Compensation: $17.60 / hour
- Weekend work required
