Current Opportunities

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for luxury retail and exceptional customer service skills.

As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for every customer. You’ll represent Gandy Jewelry’s core values while showcasing our exclusive collections of fine jewelry, including gold, silver, and custom-designed pieces. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice on jewelry styles, metals, and gemstones.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and help create a loyal client base.
- Support daily store operations, including restocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

What We're Looking For:

- Passion for Luxury Retail: You have a genuine love for luxury products and fine craftsmanship.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Confident, engaging, and eager to connect with customers.
- Sales Experience: Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a strong asset.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous, organized, and visually aware of merchandising standards.
- Flexibility: Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
