We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented person to join our front counter crew. As the first face people see when they walk through our doors, you'll help set the tone for every client experience. If you love a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and enjoy helping people feel welcome and taken care of, we’d love to meet you. Sales experience is required. Familiarity with tattoos and piercings is a plus!

Counter Staff responsibilities include

- Maintaining shop cleanliness
- Interacting with artists and customers
- Handling cash
- Managing phone and email inquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Actively driving sales by upselling

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash handling




- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy

- Ability to demonstrate products and engage with customers effectively

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
