Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, providing knowledgeable recommendations and product demonstrations when appropriate
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves as needed,



and assist with stock organization to ensure availability of popular items

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; strong technical knowledge is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette for remote inquiries or follow-up calls
- Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing simple calculations
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward upselling and creating positive interactions
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, merchandising standards, and inventory management tools
- Ability to work flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining professionalism
