We are a private liquor store in New Westminster looking for PT liquor store clerk

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Retrieve stock for store shelves

-Receive liquor delivery and stock in appropriate locations

-Provide customer service, including but not limited to: finding items on shelves,

recommending and selling merchandise to customers, and carrying merchandise

-Stocks, arranges and rotates liquor merchandise on shelves, stocks coolers and sets up displays. Stocking shelves involve carrying large quantities of liquor and wine.

-Performs general cleaning maintenance at the liquor store, including but not limited to:

setting up and dismantling displays; dusting shelves, displays, etc.;

sweeping floors; removing trash from store; cleaning store and cooler windows; washing shelves and bottles; and cleaning restroom.

-Loss prevention responsibilities.





-Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as apparent or as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Serving it Right Certificate is required. -Ability to work evenings and weekends.

-Ability to proactively greet customers, be friendly, qualified, polite and helpful in dealing with customers and employees.

-Knowledge and ability with basic computer operations.

-Ability to read and speak fluently in English.

Mostly evening shifts and weekends Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.25 per hour
