Key Responsibilities

- Sales Performance Identify and attract new customers while nurturing existing relationships to exceed sales targets and customer expectations.

- Relationship Building Create exceptional customer experiences by winning, retaining, and growing a loyal client base.

- Sales Planning & Targets Maintain and execute weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.

- Customer Engagement Build rapport during customer visits while ensuring dealership standards are met or exceeded.

- Training & Development Participate in daily sales training and ongoing team development sessions.
