POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Coordinator is responsible for preparing customer quotation responses, maintaining customer pricing data, supporting contract reviews, and coordinating commercial activities with internal teams and OEM customers.

Location Details: Vaughan, Ontario

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, engineering, project management, or a related field
- Strong Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience preparing quotations
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
- Valid G driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

Assets:

- Automotive OEM or Tier 1 sales/commercial experience
- Engineering background or mechanical aptitude
- Experience with ERP systems, customer portals, or pricing systems
- Basic cost accounting knowledge
- Experience preparing cost walks or customer pricing breakdowns

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process customer RFQs and prepare quote files
- Work with estimating, program management, and other departments to complete quotations
- Prepare internal cost sheets, quote capital, and customer pricing breakdowns
- Review contracts to ensure pricing and terms align with quotes
- Maintain pricing and customer data in ERP and sales systems
- Update customer portals as required




- Track open commercial issues through to closure
- Support customer quote submissions and commercial documentation
- Coordinate customer visits and support sales presentations
- Read and interpret MRP and engineering bills of materials
- Conduct launch handoff meetings for newly awarded programs
- Support continuous improvement, 5S, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 requirements
