OverviewOakville Toyota is looking for a Junior Parts Advisor to join their team in Oakville. The Junior Parts Advisor will assist with delivering parts to customers, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that payments are received with invoices on delivery. but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Job DutiesGreets and assists all customers in a professional and friendly manner.Delivers parts to the shop when needed and distributes to the appropriate technician.Sells parts through the shop, by phone, and over the counter to customers.Assists walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts and informs customers about the product line.Prepares orders daily for shipment, delivery, or pick-up.Reviews files weekly to keep track of back orders.Issues credit for parts returned.Assists with shipping/receiving when necessary.Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.What We Look ForSelf-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.Previous parts experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.Experience with CDK software is an asset.Knowledge of Toyota products is an asset.Ability to learn and utilize electronic parts catalogues.A valid driver’s license (G license preferred or required depending on region).#J-18808-Ljbffr
