Our Specialists are experts in their field and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with brokers – this means emails and phone calls are answered promptly, and broker meetings are regularly scheduled. Working collaboratively, there is opportunity to coach and mentor junior colleagues and further develop skills from more experienced underwriters to grow experience with complex risks.We want your talent!If you are great at:Commercial underwriting in complex files with insurable high values and/or revenuesSales and negotiationsSolutions orientedDeveloping and maintaining professional relationships with brokers and/or customersCoaching and mentoring more junior underwriters on the teamIf you have:10+ years of Commercial Underwriting experienceDemonstrated experience underwriting large technical casualty accounts, including tailored coverage structures and non-standard exposures; requiredExperience with underwriting Risk Managed or loss-sensitive casualty programs; requiredExperience with underwriting large commercial property risk is a strong assetExperience with underwriting large commercial auto/fleet is a strong assetExperience with underwriting layered, shared,
