NACG seeks a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor for its Fort Hills site to promote industry-leading HSE practices and guide project leaders. This role offers a shift of 14x14 hours with camp accommodations and client-provided transportation.
As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will facilitate the adoption of safety measures at NACG’s operating sites. You'll coach project leadership teams in building a robust safety culture and continuously improve safety performance. Your contributions are vital in achieving first quartile safety performance and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and setting regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop coaching relationships with project leaders
• Lead by demonstrating essential safety behaviors




• Facilitate HS&E; plans and objectives
• Evaluate project communication strategies
• Conduct safety audits and propose corrective actions
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in safety management
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
