This role is key to maintaining the condition, safety, and comfort of our buildings. Whether it’s responding to resident service requests, maintaining building systems, or keeping common areas in top shape, you bring technical know-how and a positive, professional attitude to everything you do.What You’ll Be DoingSupervise and support the work of building services staff at a Chard property.Coordinate daily, weekly, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, etc.) are operating safely and efficiently.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, with a focus on safety, responsiveness, and professionalism.Respond to escalated maintenance issues and support troubleshooting of complex problems.Monitor and report on building system performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.Lead the training, mentoring, and onboarding of new team members.Liaise with property managers and other stakeholders to support smooth building operations and strong resident satisfaction.Oversee third-party service providers and ensure work aligns with contract scope and Chard’s standards.Maintain accurate records using CMMS and ensure compliance with applicable codes, health and safety protocols,
